Competitors Michael Fast Buffalo Horse, Adrian Wagner, Thomas Coleman, Brad Petersen and Sharon Bremner are seen on the podium at the January 11, 2006 Central Montana Division Montana Academic Challenge tournament in Great Falls.

Emerging undefeated, the quartet won all three rounds of competition and advances to State sometime in April. In the final round, Browning defeated a strong Valier team by scoring over 300 points. Browning was one of only two teams to reach the 300 point level in this year's Central Montana Division contest. The BHS team is sponsored this year by Siyeh Corporation. Alternate members of the team that made the trip to Great Falls were Jorel Sheppard, Elizabeth Grant and Jeff Hoyt. The team is coached by Terry Gilham, BHS Librarian and Randy Sheppard, BHS Government teacher.
