On March 15, 1999, the Blackfeet Tribal Business Council
approved the Charter and Articles of Incorporation of Siyeh Corporation as a federally chartered corporation under
Section 17 of the Indian Reorganization Act of 1934, 25 U.S.C. 477. The Articles provide that a six member Board of
Directors be appointed by the Blackfeet Tribal Business Council to provide oversight and strategic planning for Siyeh Corporation.
Siyeh Corporation's purpose is to generate business development, produce revenue, spark job creation, and advance the
economic self-sufficiency of the Tribe by managing its tribal enterprises. It is the intent of the company to become
profitable thereby relieving the financial burden from the tribe in a progressive and responsible manner through corporate
dividends paid by the corporation to the tribe.
Siyeh is currently managing five Blackfeet Tribal Enterprises including an Indian gaming casino, Glacier Peaks Casino at the Junction of Highways 2 & 89 West
in Browning, (406-338-CASH or 877-238-9946).
The other four enterprises include Blackfeet Commemorative Coins, the Lewis and Clark
Expedition 200th Anniversary Commemorative Coin Collection, (406-338-5669), StarLink Cable
(406-338-5555) located at 109 North Public Square in Browning, the Blackfeet Heritage Center & Art Gallery (406-338-5661)
